Isn’t it amazing how life can change in a blink of an eye? I mean, who knew a time like this most of us would be working from home? Let alone working…Countless businesses shut down since the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world with a massive blow. Joblessness leading to serious and painful experiences in families. The deaths that came with this are so heart-wrenching!

With what we have seen in over a year now, which lessons are you and I take along with us going forward as a business?

Flexibility and Adaptability

I have learned how to have an open mindset. Looking at new ways of doing things. Forget about rigidity. I was comfortable with the services I offer. I am keen on understanding my clients’ current needs, and adapting to the new environment.

As Myles Munroe once said, “During crisis, our minds are its sharpest.”

The truth is, amidst the Covid monster, there was the highest record of new business registrations. Since 2020, some people have found opportunities of following their passion opening themselves to unexpected possibilities.

Creativity and Innovativeness

All business sectors have been adversely affected. It’s not business-as-usual. With the restrictions of people moving around, industries have been forced to think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions to serving clients.

I have to admit, since Covid-19 I have gone into the depths of my mind until I realized during Pre-Covid my mind was not being exercised enough…I was used to the status quo.

I’ve embraced the digital space and got brilliant ideas on how to acquire and serve my clients better. And maintain them in the long-term basis.

How about you? How has your business mindset changed since the pandemic?

I’d love to hear about your paradigm-shift journey…
